QELLVIS is a system intelligence platform that provides analytical, structural and behavioral representations of System3 graphs. The platform is intended for technical use and does not guarantee strategic, financial or operational outcomes.

By accessing or using QELLVIS, you agree to use the service responsibly. You are fully responsible for your account, your API keys, and any activity performed under your credentials.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is given regarding uptime, accuracy of results, system behavior, continuity of features, or long‑term availability.

QELLVIS does not guarantee outcomes derived from system analysis, simulations, engine execution, or structural interpretations. All engine results are deterministic within the model but may not reflect real‑world behavior.

Paid features, if enabled, are processed through external providers such as Stripe. QELLVIS does not store full payment information. Free or trial access may be limited, modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

The provider may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including API behavior, limits, pricing, or access rules, at any time. Changes may occur without prior announcement.

Purchases of digital services, API access, or system‑based features are non‑refundable. Because QELLVIS provides immediate digital access and irreversible system execution capabilities, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been granted or an API key has been issued.

Abuse of the platform — including attempts to bypass limits, manipulate engine behavior, overload infrastructure, or disrupt service integrity — may result in account restriction or termination.

Governing law: Switzerland. Jurisdiction applies exclusively to the competent courts in Switzerland.
